Booking Confirmation

- Confirmation with Credit Card.

Cancellation and No Show

- In case of cancellation, there will be no charge if it is made with more than 3 days prior to arrival date.

- Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival date, will be charged as follows:

a) 1 night for stays up to 3 nights

b) 25% of total stay for stays longer than 3 nights.

Late Check in

The check in is between 2 p.m and 10.30 p.m.. From this time onwards, for a late check in, a fee of € 20 will be charged.

Check Out

The check out is between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m.

Minibar Consumption

In the check in it will be necessary to pay a €20 safe deposit regarding mini bar consumption. At check out the safe deposit will be reimbursed if you have not consume or it will be made an account settlement if you have no consume.

Pets Policy

- Pets are not allowed
